Aira Home UK Refer-a-Friend Programme Terms and Conditions
Referrer – An existing customer that has had a heat pump installed by Aira and is eligible to refer friends without a heat pump.
Referee – The friend of an existing customer who is interested in purchasing a heat pump from Aira.
Referral link – A URL that is unique to the referrer.
Reward - £100 cash issued upon a successful referral.
1. How the Programme Works
Our Referral Programme enables existing customers to refer friends to Aira. If the friend they refer installs a heat pump, both the friend (“referee”) and referring customer (“referrer”) will receive a reward on completion of installation.
To refer a friend:
1. The eligible customer – someone who has purchased and had a heat pump installed by Aira – will receive a unique referral link to share with their friends. They are then a referrer.
2. The friend must sign-up using the unique link provided. They are then a referee.
3. The referee must be new to Aira or All Seasons.
4. The referee must have had their heat pump installed for the referral to be successful.
5. Once the referral is completed, both the referrer and referee will receive their reward.
2. A Referral Is
Any person who is recommended to Aira by an existing customer and becomes a referee, who then goes on to have a heat pump installed by Aira, would become a customer in their own right. This would then be deemed a successful referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make. The referrer will be rewarded for each successful referral at the point the referee completes the installation. The referee will only be rewarded once but will then become eligible to be a referrer and recommend friends to Aira.
2. Rewards
A successful referral means both parties – the referrer and referee – will be eligible to receive a reward of £100 each.
3. Issuing of Rewards
Each £100 reward will be issued when the referee’s installation is complete and invoice has been issued. The reward will be issued via email.
4. Privacy
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Programme will be used in accordance with Aira’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.airahome.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Aira shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
5. General
5.1. These Referral Terms are published by Aira Home Ltd. (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Programme as displayed on our Website (https://www.airahome.com/en-gb) and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.
5.2. This Referral Programme permits you to invite your contacts to participate in one or more Referral Programme(s).
5.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Programme.
6. Restrictions
6.1. This Programme cannot be combined with Aira’s other referral programmes, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Referral Programme, we may restrict you from any other promotion, programme, discount, or vouchers.
6.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Programme must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.
6.3. You must not publish our Referral Programme on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.
6.4. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.
6.5. You must only use our Referral Programme for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Referral Programme will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify users that the Referral Programme has ended with immediate effect.
7.2. Any referral made before the end of the Referral Programme can still participate. However we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.
7.3. We may terminate this Referral Programme at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.
8. Exclusive Relationship
8.1. You understand and agree that you are only the user of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.
8.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorised to legally bind our company.
8.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.
8.4. By participating in the Referral Programme, you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company
9. Privacy and Information
9.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Programme and direct to our website.
9.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Programme and leave their personal information.
10. Amendments
We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Programme. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programmes. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.
11. Violations and Termination
11.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Programme, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout.
11.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Programme, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.
11.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
12. Disclaimer and Indemnification
12.1. We offer our Referral Programme and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Programme in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Programme. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.
12.2. Our Referral Programme is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Programme.
12.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold Aira Home UK Ltd. harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Programme.
13. Applicable Law
The law of our residence shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
